From the simplest 1 rider "donut" PVC waterpark tube to a custom reinforced raft built to customer’s exact specifications, we deliver the best quality your money can buy. All PVC tubes are made from 100% K80 virgin PVC. K80 has the highest molecular weight available, which translates to stronger welds and superior impact resistance in the waterpark environment. All outside seams and double inner gussets are radio frequency welded by state of the art equipment. Handles are ergonomical and sturdy. We guarantee that our products match specifications, we never under-spec, a common industry practice.

AIRHEAD’s Specialty Vehicles address of the challenges of specific rides. Our unique extra large round multi-rider tubes are a lightweight affordable alternative to rafts. We also offer a vehicle designed especially for Sidewinder. These vehicles feature 40 gauge K80 PVC body construction, 80 gauge K80 PVC floors and are constructed with hot air overlap welded seams to guarantee long term service.

AIRHEAD’s premium, heavy duty rafts are quality built from 28 – 31 ounce 1000 denier mesh reinforced PVC with 2 layer 40 ounce 1000 denier mesh reinforced PVC floors. Closed cell foam sealed inside the floors provides maximum comfort and durability.

Our rafts are hot air overlap welded with reinforcements in critical wear areas. Our inline rafts are easily customized for specific rides with optional, removable thwarts (dividers.
